Personalized Care for individuals living with dementia

A day filled with laughter, fun and and companionship

At The Tulip Place, we offer a comprehensive range of services designed to meet the

unique needs of individuals living with dementia. We provide a fun social group that

enriches members' lives, builds upon their skills and strengths, and provides social

interaction. This will enhance their dignity, support independence and encourage their

involvement in and with the other members of the group. At The Tulip Place we see the person not the disease. We recognize self-determination at all stages and allow people living with dementia to contribute to and control their lives as much as possible. We want people to be involved with their own activities as much as possible. A day at our center involves fun activities based on what our members enjoy doing and includes lunch and snacks.

Special EVENTS For the Family

Throughout the year, we offer social events for care partners and people living with dementia so they can enjoy activities together. Depending on the intrest's of our members, events can be brunches, BBQ’s, game nights, dancing, and celebrating national holidays. Research shows that care partners and people with dementia tend to isolate themselves from activities, church and social events for various reasons. Through these special events, we hope to bring smiles to the faces of our members and their families.
