While we don't currently offer direct transportation, we're working towards

providing that service in the future. For now, members will need to be

dropped off and picked up at The Tulip Place.

We offer a variety of activities designed to stimulate physical, social,

creative, and cognitive engagement. Some examples include:

  1. Physical: Walking, chair exercises, yoga, outdoor games
  2. Social: Coffee and snack time, group discussions, games and activities offer  interactions with other members
  3. Creative: Arts and crafts, painting, woodwork, seasonal projects and music.
  4. Cognitive: Reading newspapers, puzzles, games, baking and gardening

We understand that transitioning to a new environment can be

challenging. Our experienced staff is skilled in helping individuals adjust

and feel comfortable. We'll work with you to address any concerns and

find solutions that meet your loved one's needs.

Pricing and Logistics

Our daily rate is $150, or $25 per hour. While some long-term care

insurance plans may cover a portion of respite hours, Medicaid and

Medicare currently do not. However, there is a pilot program underway to

explore the possibility of future coverage.

Our staff-to-participant ratio is typically 1:4, ensuring personalized

attention and care for each individual. Additionally,  we have volunteers who come

and spend time with us also.

Our approach is centered on providing a safe, fun, supportive, and

stimulating environment where members can engage in meaningful

activities and maintain their quality of life. We focus on preserving

dignity, promoting independence, and fostering social connections.

preferences. Our staff works closely with families to ensure that
